19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

Hi,

Another day, another gala and awards.. here are the winners of Critics’ Choice Movie Awards with some own thought and remarks. Enjoy!

best actor in a comedy movie

winner: leonardo dicaprio – wolf of wall street

best actor in a comedy movie

watching this now I can starting to see a pattern, feels like is it same people voting in these awards? Leo won at golden globes and win here, he will surely win an oscar as the pattern goes.

best actress in a comedy

winner: amy adams – american hustle

best actress in a comedy

same winner here as it was at golden globes, this is getting boring very fast..

best comedy movie

winner: american hustle

best comedy

they are so stressing the awards, presenting and going fast, feels in the air that they just want to get this over with, and the speeches are so easy to read, all is I love you all, thanks to cast, thanks to everyone, thanks for trusting in us. I am sure hoping someone can come up with something that is a surprise, please please surprise me.

best actor in an action movie

winner: mark wahlberg – lone surviror

best actor in an action movie

nice speech, tribute to soldiers and spending the hours to watch the movie to cherish what we normally take for granted. Dedication overall related to the people that was lost and the movie is based on rather than just as normally thank directors and their co-workers. A nice change for once.

best actress in an action movie

winner: sandra bullock – gravity

best actress in an action movie

fun for her to win as she lost against them all at golden globes, the question is how they rank the win here at action movie when she lost at golden globes. And with the faulty cutoff in music and she came up with a spontaneous what the fuck, haha power to Sandra, what a woman.

best acting ensemble

winner: cast of american hustle

best acting ensemble

Kristen Bell looks brilliant tonight, confident and happy. Nothing special reagarding the speech, I just felt to want to go to sleep..

best foreign language film

winner blue is the warmest color

best foreign language film

Here it was so ”Blue” won the award and it didn´t get to be the same output here as on Golden Globes.

Speech to Forest Whitaker from Oprah Winfrey giving Joel Siegel Award. Fun to see that they tribute a person that started to and help disabled people, to build a message all over the world, contribute to end violence in one´s community. Whitaker Peace and World imitative.. and at the same time there is a room full of Hollywood celebrities that could do the same and actively chooses to not do this.. you even see the shame in their faces.

best animated feature

winner: frozen

best animated feature

Booring, same film as in all other awards, most certainly wins an Oscar.

best young actor or actress

winner: adéle exarchopoulos

best young actor or actress

Interesting category where the actress winning here might be the coming star of Hollywood, sure something to keep an eye on.

best supporting actor

winner: jared leto

best supporting actor

I was thinking the same if she would joke if the teleprompter was working as when she did the presenting of award with Jonah Hill at Golden Globe Awards it did not, that shit was funny

Same winner Jared on supporting actor at Critics as on Golden Globe Awards, with this pace and winnings he will going on strong for an Oscar (if best supporting actor is a category there).

best supporting actress

winner: lupita nyong’o

best supporting actress

If nothing drastic happens I would see this as the biggest win of the night, beating julia roberts, scarlett johansen in the same category.

understably taken by the moment but she covered it all, and gratitude to steve mcqueen the director.

the critics choice louis XIII genius award

winner: ethan hawke & julie dephy & richard linklater – the ”before” trilogy

the critics choice louis XIII genius award

eh what? neeeeeeeeeext

best director

winner: alfonso cuarón – gravity

best director

Same movies being nominated in every category when it just differs actors and genter and roles, Alfonso already won this at golden globes – he will be going strong on for an Oscar.

best actor

winner: matthew mcconaughey

best actor

This seems to be Matthews year, winning all nom he goes up in, what a win if would take an Oscar, personally I have always liked Matthews movies and acting, I wish him all the best!

best actress

winner: Kate Blanchett

best actress

Boring acceptance speech thanking cast and Woddy Allen for giving such good femaie roles around the years.

best picture

winner: 12 years a slave

best picture

biggest award of the night goes to, my pre guess was american hustle as they have been so amazing in awards throughout the beginning of the year but 12 years a slave took it home. A major win  against 9 other opponent movies such as wolf of wall street with a lister Leonardo DiCaprio.

Movie shot within 35 days with 1 camera, a movie not having the budget as it came to what it is because of the energy of all people attached to it and together with Brad Pitts contribution as a producer.

Closing Remarks: Shitty award that was stressed with bad graphics, bad energy, bad backstage lightning together with some cheap stars at stage. Easily the worst awards so far.
